Bevraging ethiek en deontologie van de AUVB

Vorig jaar heeft de AUVB een interne werkgroep ‘ethiek en deontologie’ opgericht. Deze werkgroep is opgestart in opvolging van het in voege treden van de wet op de kwaliteitsvolle praktijkvoering in de gezondheidszorg (de kwaliteitswet). Het doel is om de beste praktijken op het gebied van ethiek en deontologisch professioneel gedrag te verspreiden, om steun te bieden bij vragen of twijfels en om elke verpleegkundige te begeleiden in het proces van afwijkend gedrag. De werkgroep wenst hiervoor ook jullie inbreng als verpleegkundige. Daarom werd een enquête opgemaakt die wil bevragen over jullie wensen en verwachtingen over ethiek en deontologie.
De enquête is opgemaakt in het Nederlands en het Frans. Door het invullen van je taalvoorkeur word je naar de gekozen taal geleid. Deze vragenlijst vraagt 10 tot 15 minuten van uw tijd en is volledig anoniem. De gegevens worden enkel verwerkt in het kader van dit project.
De bevraging wordt afgesloten op 31 oktober 2024.

This 2024 report examines the potential of Bilateral Labour Agreements (BLAs) to safeguard the rights, health and well-being of Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs) in WHO Europe. Currently, there is a deficit of one million nurses in Europe and a reliance on IENs. The report provides a comprehensive account of the issues by drawing on literature review, an international survey of senior nurse leaders, and consultations with expert informants. The findings highlight the role of BLAs in safeguarding IENs and the importance of involving Chief Nursing Officers (CNOs) and National Nursing Associations (NNAs) at every stage of BLAs. A Tripartite Model of BLAs is developed including the Ministry of Health, CNO’s/equivalents and NNA’s. Recommendations for policy, practice, research and IENs are provided. The findings are transferable to other professional groups and WHO regions.
